🔒 Do you use my manuals to train the public AI?
Absolutely not. We use a RAG approach on segregated tenants. Your data stays within your perimeter and the base model never learns from your documents ("Zero-Training on Customer Data").
🤖 How do you handle hallucinations?
The system uses "Strict Grounding". It only responds if it finds a match in the uploaded documents and cites the source (e.g. "See page 32 of the Manual"). If it doesn't know, it doesn't make things up.
🔌 Do we need IoT to use it?
No. The virtual assistant works in standalone mode (documents only), or integrates with your existing IoT (Riseberg or custom), or connects directly via Bluetooth. Three scenarios, one product.
📱 Is the mobile app included in the price?
The mobile app is optional and activated on request.
